KOKO ASUQUO is a Nigerian youth who desires to use the instrument of the law, through knowledge to drive positive social changes in the society.

He’s having a blistering legal career spanning well over ten years in Dispute Resolution particularly the recovery of debts, diverse forms of commercial disputes, breach of contracts, enforcement of and contractual obligations, labour disputes and dissolution of marriages. He is also a Free Zone Practitioner who has successfully registered companies to operate in the Free Zone.

Koko Asuquo has a penchant for success, a strong work ethic, is innovative, with the ability to provide quick time solutions to complex legal issues. As part of commitment to the development and growth of the society, he provides free legal knowledge to a wide audience to educate and enlighten them on the laws of the land through his social media pages and other media houses.

He is currently a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch and a Senior Associate. He is also a member of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), a fomer director at Junior Chamber International (JCI), Lagos and works as an election petition tribunal monitor for CLEEN Foundation.

He is currently interested in Legislative Drafting and the law making process and is currently drawing up a road map to make the citizens more involved in this process.

He is an Associate at the firm with a strong focus on Corporate and Commercial Law. He has diverse experience in various legal areas, including Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Intellectual Property. Idris Akinola Esq. is an Associate at the firm with his focus in civil and criminal litigation etc.

Having graduated from Igbinedion University Okada, Edo State and the Nigerian Law School (Kano Campus) with Second Class (upper division) at both Institutions respectively, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2013 and was privileged during his formative years of legal practice to be mentored by at least 2 (Two) Senior Advocates of Nigeria where he learnt the dynamics law practice during his pupillage in their law Office.

His expertise includes but not limited to Election petition matters, Debt recovery matters, criminal matters, matrimonial causes and Probate matters, General contractual disputes, landlord/Tenancy matters , Banker/customer relationship matters and what have you where in times past has recorded success rates in those endeavors which broadened the horizon of his array of experience.

She has undergone professional training in customer relationship services with ICS Technology, and did her internship with Access Bank PLC Savanna Suit Abuja.
